Getting certified
No. The program is built for real estate professionals. You stay the trusted advisor, and the TWODWELL certified network handles the technical design and construction work.
It is a self-paced online course covering zoning, feasibility, the ADU Ready™ Report, and how to guide homeowners. Complete it on your own schedule, then you are certified to run reports and advise clients.
Pricing & program
Certification is normally a one-time $495, and the platform is $99 per month. Founding members get certification and their first 6 months free, a $1,089 value. After that, continuing is opt-in: you choose whether to stay on at $99/month, and there is no automatic charge.
