Core is $99/month for 10 ADU Ready™ Reports, or Plus is $199/month for 25 reports. Every plan includes the full platform, Lottie™ AI, the Expert CRM, branded signage, a directory listing, and built-in financing.
Yes. The monthly plan is what runs your reports, AI, CRM, and lead tools. Plans start at $99/month (Core, 10 reports) or $199/month (Plus, 25 reports), both month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
Core includes 10 ADU Ready™ Reports a month and Plus includes 20. If you consistently need more, you can move up anytime, and Enterprise offers custom report volume, team seats, and dedicated support for brokerages and larger teams.
