What does the ADUExpert™ certification cost?
A one-time $199 launch special (regularly $495) for the course, the credential, and platform access. After you certify, a monthly plan unlocks ongoing use of the tools, Core at $99/month or Plus at $199/month.
How long does the course take?
It is self-paced, so you move as fast or as carefully as you like. Most professionals complete it in a few focused sessions and earn the credential right after.
Do I need ADU experience or a special license?
No. The course teaches ADU law, zoning, feasibility, and financing from the ground up, so any real estate or allied professional can become the ADU expert in their market.
Do I keep the credential if I cancel my plan?
